(주)화송는, 고객, 거래처, 주주, 지역사회에서 신뢰받는 성실한 기업으로서, 폐사가 다루는 개인정보의 보호를, 경영 및 사업에 있어서의 중요과제 및 사회적 책임으로서, 전현직원이 열을 올리는 의무라고 위치를 부여하고 있습니다. 개인정보보호 기본방침은, 본사의 개인정보보호에 관한 기본적인 방침을 정하고, 개인정보의 보호와 활용을 통해서 적정한 업무집행이 행하여지는 것을 목적으로 하고 있습니다.

(주)화송는, 개인정보보호 기본방침에 근거하고, 개인정보를 보호하고, 업무를 수행합니다. 

1.총칙 

(주)화송는, 본인의 권리이익의 보호와 개인정보의 유용성 관점에서 적정한 개인정보보호 관리를 합니다. 또 (주)화송의 현직원은 법령등을 따르고, 이용 목적이외에, (주)화송가 보유하는 개인정보를 이용하지 않습니다. 

2.관리 체제 

(주)화송는, 개인정보를 보호하기 위한 조직 체제를 확립하고, 역할과 책임을 정합니다. 

3.개인정보의 보호와 이용 

(주)화송는, 법령등을 준수한 적절한 개인정보의 취득, 이용 및 제공을 하는 동시에, 특별히 정된 이용 목적의 달성에 필요한 범위를 넘어서 개인정보를 다루는 것은 하지 않습니다. 또, 이용 목적의 범위를 넘을 경우는, 법령등에 정할 경우를 제외하고, 본인의 동의를 얻는 것으로 합니다. 

(주)화송는, 고객의 개인정보를 그룹 회사와의 사이에서 공동 이용할 경우는, 공동해서 이용하는 것, 공동 이용자의 범위, 이용 항목, 이용 목적, 공동해서 이용하는 개인정보의 관리에 대해서 책임을 소유하는 사람의 성명 또는 명칭, 취득 방법등의 소정사항을, 미리 고객에게 통지하고,또는 홈페이지 등에서 공표합니다. 

4.적정관리 

(주)화송는, 개인정보에 관한 개인의 권리를 존중하고, 고객의 개인정보에 대해서 본인님에게서의 공개의 요구가 있었을 경우, 합리적인 기간, 타당한 범위내에서 대응합니다. 또, 고객의 개인정보에 잘못하고, 변경이 있었을 경우는 본인인 것을 확인할 수 있었던 경우에만, 합리적인 기간으로 신속하게 대응합니다. 

(주)화송는, 개인정보의 취급에 관한 불평 및 상담을 받았을 경우, 그 내용에 대해서 신속히 사실관계 등을 조사하고, 합리적인 기간내에 성의를 가져서 대응합니다. 

5.안전관리조치 

(주)화송는, 취득한 개인정보를 적절하게 관리하기 위해서, 조직적·인적·물리적·기술적인 안전관리조치를 강의하고, 개인정보의 누설, 멸실 또는 훼손의 방지 및 시정에 열을 올립니다. 

6.컴플라이언스 

(주)화송는, 개인정보보호에 관한 법령, 규제 및 계약상의 의무를 준수합니다. 

7.자주점검과 내부감사 

(주)화송는, 자주점검 및 내부감사를 실시하고, 개인정보보호 관련 규정이 준수되고 있는 것, 개인정보를 보호하기 위한 관리책이 타당 동시에 유효한 것을 검증해 시정을 합니다. 

8.징계 

본기본방침 및 본방침에 근거하는 개인정보보호 관련 규정에 위반했을 경우, 취업 규칙 등에 기초를 두어 징계처분기타의 처분을 규정합니다.

4. Proper management

We respect a personal right about personal information. When a customer request to elucidate about his/her own  personal information, Hwasong Inc. corresponds in the proper area.

Also, only in the cases we can confirm information of a customer is incorrect, updated and modified, we correspond to customer's personal information promptly.

When we receive a complaint about handling and consultation of personal information, Hwasong Inc. investigates fact quickly and deal it sincerely.

To manage acquired personal information appropriately, Hwasong Inc. has systematic, human, physical and  technical safety controls to prevent from leak of personal information, loss or damage.

Hwasong Inc. puts independent check and an internal audit into effect to protect personal information is  inspected proper and effectively.

(株)和松は、お客様の個人情報をグループ会社との間で共同利用する場合は、共同して利用すること、共同利用者の範囲、利用項目、利用目的、共同して利用する個人情報の管理について責任を有する者の氏名または名称、取得方法等の所定事項を、あらかじめお客様に通知し、またはホームページなどで公表します。

(株)和松は、個人情報に関する個人の権利を尊重し、お客様の個人情報についてご本人様からの開示の要求があった場合、合理的な期間、妥当な範囲内で対応します。また、お客様の個人情報に誤り、変更があった場合はご本人であることが確認できた場合に限り、合理的な期間で速やかに対応します。
(株)和松は、個人情報の取扱いに関する苦情及び相談を受けた場合、その内容について迅速に事実関係等を調査し、合理的な期間内に誠意をもって対応します。

5．安全管理措置

(株)和松は、取得した個人情報を適切に管理するため、組織的・人的・物理的・技術的な安全管理措置を講じ、個人情報の漏えい，滅失またはき損の防止及び是正に取り組みます。

6．コンプライアンス

(株)和松は、個人情報保護に関する法令、規制および契約上の義務を順守します。

7．自主点検と内部監査

(株)和松は、自主点検および内部監査を実施し、個人情報保護関連規程が順守されていること、個人情報を保護するための管理策が妥当かつ有効であることを検証し是正を行います。

8．懲戒

本基本方針および本方針に基づく個人情報保護関連規程に違反した場合、就業規則等に基づき懲戒処分その他の処分を規定します。
